Innova Engineered Plastics, a portfolio company of Culper Capital Partners, has acquired PolyCraft Tech, a Poway, California-based manufacturer of precision cast urethane enclosures and components. The transaction closed on August 29, 2025 and expands Innova’s cast urethane and West Coast manufacturing capabilities; Generational Group advised PolyCraft Tech on the sale.

SK Capital Acquires PolyOne's Performance Products & Solutions, Renaming It GEON Performance Solutions

SK Capital completed the acquisition of the Performance Products & Solutions business from PolyOne Corporation (transaction announced at ~$775 million) and has renamed the carved-out business GEON Performance Solutions. The company, headquartered in Avon Lake, Ohio, operates 12 manufacturing sites across North America and Asia, employs ~1,100 people, and will be run as a standalone platform focused on plastic compounding and contract manufacturing.

Arcane Plastics / Arcane Capital Partners Acquires Poly-Tech Plastic Molding

Arcane Plastics, backed by Arcane Capital Partners and an investment from Bluehenge Capital Partners, has acquired Prairie Grove-based Poly-Tech Plastic Molding, a custom injection-molding and extrusion company. The deal expands Arcane's production capacity (adding a 65,000-square-foot facility), broadens its customer base across multiple end markets, and supports a platform strategy to consolidate plastics manufacturing capabilities in North America.

Trelleborg Group Acquires Aero-Plastics Inc.

Trelleborg Group, through its Trelleborg Sealing Solutions business area, has signed an agreement to acquire Aero-Plastics Inc., a Renton, Washington-based manufacturer of precision injection-molded and thermoformed high-performance polymer components for the aerospace interiors market. The acquisition — expected to close in Q2 2025 — expands Trelleborg's thermoplastics and interiors capabilities, adds capacity and customer relationships, and is intended to generate sales synergies within its aerospace offering.

MFG Chemical (Platte River Equity) Acquires H.P. Polymers

The Middleby Corporation Acquires Oka-Spezialmaschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG

The Middleby Corporation has acquired Oka-Spezialmaschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG, a Darmstadt, Germany-based designer and manufacturer of industrial extrusion, molding, depositing and cutting equipment serving bakery, confectionery and pet-food markets. Oka generates about $12 million in annual revenue; the deal expands Middleby’s food processing and full-line bakery solutions and is expected to drive sales synergies and broader geographic reach for Oka.
