Palatine (Impact Fund II) Acquires Majority Stake in Isle Utilities from XPV Water Partners

Palatine’s Impact Fund II has acquired a majority share in Isle Utilities from XPV Water Partners. Isle Utilities, a London‑headquartered innovation consultancy focused on water and environmental technology commercialization with operations in 10 countries and over 100 staff, will remain led by CEO Dr Benjamin Tam with founder Dr Piers Clark staying on the board as a shareholder; Palatine says it will back the company’s next phase of growth.

The investment will support Back2Work's growth plan—building on recent contract wins that have driven revenues to about £11.5m and a headcount of more than 140 employees.

Paladin EnviroTech Acquires R&L Recycling B.V.

Paladin EnviroTech, a global IT asset disposition (ITAD) and electronics recycling provider backed by SER Capital Partners, has acquired Netherlands-based R&L Recycling B.V., marking Paladin’s first European acquisition. The deal gives Paladin a 129,000 sq. ft. Helmond facility and local management to serve hyperscalers, OEMs and other European customers; financial terms were not disclosed.
