Champlain Capital Partners, LP has completed a recapitalization of JSI Store Fixtures, Inc., a privately owned manufacturer of high-end retail and supermarket fixtures headquartered in Milo, Maine. BDO Capital Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to JSI on the transaction, which provides liquidity to shareholders and positions the company for strategic growth and capital investments.

LSI Industries (Nasdaq: LYTS) acquired Ontario-based Canada’s Best Holdings (operating as Canada’s Best Store Fixtures) in an accretive, all-cash transaction with a $24.0 million purchase price plus a $7.0 million performance earnout (total potential consideration of $31.0 million). The deal expands LSI’s turnkey retail fixtures, custom display and installation capabilities in Canada, adds ~120 employees and four manufacturing/distribution facilities, and is expected to be immediately accretive to margins and EPS.

LSI Industries Inc. (NASDAQ: LYTS) acquired Florida-based EMI Industries, a metal and millwork manufacturer of store fixtures, displays, and food service equipment, for $50 million in cash. The acquisition broadens LSI's retail fixture and food equipment capabilities, adds more than 300 employees and five U.S. production facilities, and is expected to be immediately accretive to adjusted EPS while creating cross-selling and operational synergy opportunities across grocery, convenience store and restaurant end markets.

(RSi), a leading provider of supply chain and on‑shelf availability analytics for CPG manufacturers and retailers. The acquisition adds RSi’s supply chain solutions and large retail/warehouse-level data assets to IRI’s Liquid Data platform to enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility and analytics capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.
