MEI Industrial Solutions Acquires CCI Industrial Services

MEI Industrial Solutions, a portfolio company of Olympus Partners, has acquired CCI Industrial Services, an industrial services provider headquartered in Somerset, Kentucky. The acquisition adds roughly 120 employees, expands MEI's footprint in the Southeast (establishing a presence in Kentucky) and brings equipment-level electrical, millwrighting, rigging and fabrication capabilities to MEI's end-to-end service offering.

Olympus Partners Acquires MEI Rigging & Crating from Dorilton Capital

Olympus Partners, a Stamford-based private equity firm, has acquired MEI Rigging & Crating (MEI), a national provider of rigging, machinery moving, millwrighting, industrial storage and crating, from Dorilton Capital. MEI operates 12 regional offices across the United States and serves end markets including datacenters, semiconductors and electric vehicles; Olympus said the acquisition will support MEI's next phase of national platform growth.

MercuryGate Acquires International Trade Systems (ITS)

The deal adds ITS's customers, technology and more than 40 subject-matter experts to MercuryGate's platform; financial terms were not disclosed.

Titanium Transportation Acquires International Truckload Services Group (ITS)

Titanium Transportation Group Inc. acquired all shares of International Truckload Services Group (ITS) for approximately $60.5 million (cash and assumption of net debt), adding ITS' assets, footprint and customer base to Titanium's platform. ITS, founded in 1986 and based in Belleville, Ontario, generates about $80 million in annual revenue, operates ~330 power units and 1,600 trailers, and employs roughly 470 people; the deal expands Titanium's scale and geographic coverage across southern Ontario, Quebec and the United States.
