MercuryGate International acquired Cheetah Software Systems to extend its transportation management system (TMS) with last-mile, parcel, LTL and enhanced fleet management and dynamic routing capabilities. The deal integrates Cheetah's live, adaptive logistics optimization into MercuryGate's multi-modal TMS to provide real-time visibility and autonomous route re-optimization for shippers, carriers and private fleets. Körber Supply Chain Software (Körber / KKR JV) Acquires MercuryGate International

Körber Supply Chain Software, a joint venture between Körber AG and KKR, has signed a binding agreement to acquire MercuryGate International, a SaaS-based transportation management system (TMS) provider headquartered in Cary, North Carolina. The deal—where Summit Partners, MercuryGate's 2018 investor, is selling its stake—expands Körber's supply chain execution capabilities by adding MercuryGate's multimodal optimization and execution technology to its portfolio.

TRAFiX Acquires Integrated Transaction Systems (ITS) in Canada

Titanium Transportation Acquires International Truckload Services Group (ITS)

Titanium Transportation Group Inc. acquired all shares of International Truckload Services Group (ITS) for approximately $60.5 million (cash and assumption of net debt), adding ITS' assets, footprint and customer base to Titanium's platform. ITS, founded in 1986 and based in Belleville, Ontario, generates about $80 million in annual revenue, operates ~330 power units and 1,600 trailers, and employs roughly 470 people; the deal expands Titanium's scale and geographic coverage across southern Ontario, Quebec and the United States.
