MercuryGate International has acquired International Trade Systems (ITS), a SaaS provider of cross-border customs clearance and global trade management solutions, to integrate customs and trade compliance into its Smart Transportation TMS. The deal adds ITS's customers, technology and more than 40 subject-matter experts to MercuryGate's platform; financial terms were not disclosed.

MercuryGate Acquires TranSolutions to Add Freight Claims Management

Körber Supply Chain Software (Körber / KKR JV) Acquires MercuryGate International

Körber Supply Chain Software, a joint venture between Körber AG and KKR, has signed a binding agreement to acquire MercuryGate International, a SaaS-based transportation management system (TMS) provider headquartered in Cary, North Carolina. The deal—where Summit Partners, MercuryGate's 2018 investor, is selling its stake—expands Körber's supply chain execution capabilities by adding MercuryGate's multimodal optimization and execution technology to its portfolio.

MercuryGate Acquires Cheetah Software Systems

MercuryGate International acquired Cheetah Software Systems to extend its transportation management system (TMS) with last-mile, parcel, LTL and enhanced fleet management and dynamic routing capabilities. The deal integrates Cheetah's live, adaptive logistics optimization into MercuryGate's multi-modal TMS to provide real-time visibility and autonomous route re-optimization for shippers, carriers and private fleets. GPS Insight Acquires Certified Tracking Solutions

GPS Insight, an Accel-KKR portfolio company, acquired Certified Tracking Solutions (Titan GPS) from middle‑market PE firm HKW to expand its fleet management and telematics capabilities and extend its reach into Canada. The deal adds ELD-certified solutions, specialty tracking, Bluetooth asset tracking, and field operations tools to GPS Insight's suite of SaaS fleet and field service management products.
