BDO Capital Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to JSI on the transaction, which provides liquidity to shareholders and positions the company for strategic growth and capital investments.

Management remains in place under CEO Terry Enepekides and the investors intend to support continued growth through organic initiatives and tactical acquisitions; financial terms were not disclosed.
