The acquisition strengthens VitalHub's patient-flow and referral management capabilities and is expected to accelerate Novari's international expansion leveraging VitalHub's footprint, particularly in the UK.

VitalHub Corp. Acquires S12 Solutions Ltd.

VitalHub Corp. Acquires MedCurrent Corporation

VitalHub Corp. signed a definitive agreement and completed the acquisition of Toronto-based MedCurrent Corporation, a physician-founded clinical decision support (CDS) company and maker of the OrderWise platform. The deal provides approximately C$12.0 million cash at closing plus contingent earn-outs of up to C$21.9 million (total consideration up to ~C$34 million), and is intended to expand VitalHub’s healthcare SaaS capabilities and complement its Patient Flow product suite.

VitalHub Corp. Acquires Premier I.T. Partnership Limited

Toronto-based VitalHub Corp. acquired Premier I.T. Partnership Limited, a UK-based provider of workforce planning, e-rostering, appraisal/revalidation and LMS solutions for healthcare, for an initial cash consideration of £2,166,718 plus contingent earnout. Premier IT brings estimated annualized contracted recurring revenues of £1.3 million and a 16-person team, and the deal is intended to expand VitalHub's workforce automation and learning management capabilities in the UK and enable cross-market penetration with its existing products.

VitalHub Corp. Acquires Beautiful Information Limited

VitalHub Corp. acquired Beautiful Information Limited, a UK-based provider of real-time patient-flow information for NHS trusts, via its wholly-owned subsidiary The Oakgroup (UK) Limited for a total purchase price of £1,550,000 (cash plus VitalHub shares). Beautiful Information reported ~£1.0M revenue for the 12 months ended Dec 31, 2021 (approximately £600k recurring); VitalHub will add BI's solutions to its patient flow and operational visibility product suite to expand capabilities and strengthen its UK NHS footprint.

Health Catalyst Acquires Vitalware

Health Catalyst, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Vitalware, LLC, a Yakima, Washington–based provider of revenue workflow optimization and analytics SaaS for healthcare organizations. Vitalware brings Best in KLAS chargemaster management, revenue integrity, and price transparency solutions that expand Health Catalyst’s CFO offering; the deal is expected to close in Q3–Q4 2020 and will be funded with a mix of stock and cash.
