Partnership Limited, a UK-based provider of workforce planning, e-rostering, appraisal/revalidation and LMS solutions for healthcare, for an initial cash consideration of £2,166,718 plus contingent earnout. Premier IT brings estimated annualized contracted recurring revenues of £1.3 million and a 16-person team, and the deal is intended to expand VitalHub's workforce automation and learning management capabilities in the UK and enable cross-market penetration with its existing products.

Beautiful Information reported ~£1.0M revenue for the 12 months ended Dec 31, 2021 (approximately £600k recurring); VitalHub will add BI's solutions to its patient flow and operational visibility product suite to expand capabilities and strengthen its UK NHS footprint.
