Partnership Limited, a UK-based provider of workforce planning, e-rostering, appraisal/revalidation and LMS solutions for healthcare, for an initial cash consideration of £2,166,718 plus contingent earnout. Premier IT brings estimated annualized contracted recurring revenues of £1.3 million and a 16-person team, and the deal is intended to expand VitalHub's workforce automation and learning management capabilities in the UK and enable cross-market penetration with its existing products.

VitalHub Corp. signed a definitive agreement and completed the acquisition of Toronto-based MedCurrent Corporation, a physician-founded clinical decision support (CDS) company and maker of the OrderWise platform. The deal provides approximately C$12.0 million cash at closing plus contingent earn-outs of up to C$21.9 million (total consideration up to ~C$34 million), and is intended to expand VitalHub’s healthcare SaaS capabilities and complement its Patient Flow product suite.
