The Futurum Group, a global tech advisory, research, intelligence, and media firm based in Austin, Texas, has acquired LuccaZara, a San Jose–based tech marketing and content production agency founded by Lisa Martin. The acquisition expands Futurum's media and content capabilities—LuccaZara's founder will join Futurum to produce and host event and onsite shows as Futurum scales its B2B research-led content platform.

Outdoor Living Supply (OLS), a Trilantic-backed distribution platform focused on hardscapes, has acquired Geobunga, an independent Honolulu-based distributor of garden elements, natural stone, pavers, bulk materials and landscape supplies. The founders Layla and Andrew Dedrick will remain in leadership roles as OLS expands its footprint into the Hawaiian market as an add-on to its platform.

In-Telecom Acquires Lantana Communications

TenCate Grass Acquires Sports & Leisure Group from Sun European Affiliate

TenCate Grass Holding B.V. has acquired Sports & Leisure Group (SLG), a vertically integrated artificial turf systems manufacturer headquartered in Sint‑Niklaas, Belgium. The shares were sold by an affiliate of Sun European Partners; former SLG shareholders, including the Sun European affiliate, will reinvest part of the sale proceeds into TenCate. The deal expands TenCate's geographic footprint and Outdoor Living portfolio across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and South America.
