The Anderson Group formed an aerospace platform, OMI Specialty Products, that consolidated its existing portfolio company CTCOA, LLC d/b/a Olympic Aviation with the acquisition of MetalMart International, Inc. The combined platform will be led by CEO Ali Dadvar and will bring together complementary distribution capabilities in aircraft replacement parts, chemicals and specialty metals to create an aerospace distribution platform and pursue future add-on acquisitions.

Aero Accessories Acquires AOG Accessories

Terms were not disclosed; the deal adds AOG's MRO capabilities (pneumatic, fuel, power generation, electromechanical, hydraulic, oxygen and galley components) to Aero Accessories' platform to accelerate capability and product offering expansion and strengthen customer relationships in the U.S. and internationally.

O2 Investment Partners (via FCAH Aerospace) Invests in Cobalt Aero Services

The deal adds complementary depot-level repair capabilities to the FCAH platform, supporting geographic expansion, capability enhancement, and increased service offerings to commercial, cargo, and defense customers.

Precision Aviation Group (PAG), a GenNx360 Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Trace Aviation Group of Jackson, Mississippi. The add-on expands PAG's landing gear MRO capabilities—particularly for Beechcraft King Air/1900 landing gear exchanges and overhauls—and gives Trace access to PAG's $50M rotable inventory to broaden product and service offerings.
