Open Road Capital and Dealer Investors Acquire Beyer Automotive Group Dealerships

Beyer Automotive Group, a Virginia-based dealer group that retails over 7,000 vehicles and generates ~ $400 million in annual revenue, was sold in two transactions advised by Haig Partners. Open Road Capital (backed by Bain Capital) acquired the Northern Virginia dealerships on October 10, 2024, while dealer investors Jim Keffer and Jon Alcorn purchased the Winchester dealerships (now operating as Dogwood Automotive Group) in a separate closing on August 30, 2024.
