Majors Management, LLC acquired the assets of Tri-State Petroleum Corporation, including 25 company-operated convenience stores and eight wholesale dealer accounts in the tri-state region of western Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and eastern Ohio. Majors Management, operating under its MAPCO brand, has completed the acquisition of 35 retail fuel and convenience store locations across Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania from Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (Circle K). The divestiture — required by an FTC consent order — will see the sites rebranded as MAPCO, preserve jobs where possible, and bring MAPCO's MYReward$ loyalty program and local investments to new markets.

United Refining Co. Acquires Pump N' Pantry Inc.

United Refining Co. of Pennsylvania has acquired the convenience retail assets of Pump N' Pantry Inc., a 14-store regional convenience-store chain based in Montrose, Pennsylvania. United Refining will rebrand the stores into its Kwik Fill and Red Apple banners and integrate the locations into its existing retail network across Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio.

The Kent Companies Acquires B&B Petroleum (15 Chevron Convenience Stores)

The Kent Companies, a family-owned convenience store and fuels operator based in Midland, Texas, has acquired B&B Petroleum, LLC — a Ponchatoula, Louisiana-based operator of 15 Chevron-branded convenience stores (including Subway and Red Bird Café locations). The acquisition expands Kent's Kent Kwik footprint into Louisiana as part of a five-year strategy to grow eastward across the Southeast.

True North Energy Acquires 15 Wagner Shell Convenience Stores

True North Energy LLC, a joint venture between the Lyden family and Shell Oil Co., has acquired 15 fee-owned convenience retailing and petroleum marketing assets from Wagner Shell Co./Wagner Oil in the Green Bay, Wisconsin market. The stores — previously owned and operated by Mellissa Wagner and family — will be reimaged to the truenorth brand and continue selling Shell fuel while expanding True North's Wisconsin footprint.

EG Group Acquires Schrader Oil

EG Group has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Schrader Oil, a family-owned operator of 18 convenience retail stores and fuel stations in Northern Colorado. The acquisition expands EG Group's U.S. network (Loaf 'N Jug) and will see Schrader sites rebranded to Loaf 'N Jug; the transaction is expected to close by end of 2020 subject to regulatory approvals.
