Oakley Capital Fund IV2 has invested in Affinitas Education, a new K–12 schools group founded by Victor Lundsten. Affinitas has completed three initial acquisitions in Spain and Mexico comprising nine private schools with more than 8,500 students and will focus on building a global K–12 platform across Europe and the Americas.

PlayVS Acquires Vanta Esports
