Fullsteam / Commerce7 Acquires WineDirect's SaaS Division

Fullsteam — the parent of Commerce7 — has agreed to acquire WineDirect's SaaS division and fold the business into Commerce7's direct-to-consumer platform for wineries. As part of the deal, 35 WineDirect SaaS employees will join Commerce7 and clients will be migrated over time to Commerce7's platform and payments gateway, expanding Commerce7's product, support and payments capabilities.
