Tecum's TEAM Platform Acquires Matthews Wall Anchor & Waterproofing

Tecum Equity Alpha Management ("TEAM") has acquired Matthews Wall Anchor and Waterproofing, which will join TEAM's Dry Acquisition LLC (dba The Basement Doctor) platform alongside Basement Doctor and NASH Distribution. The add-on expands the platform's basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation and remediation capabilities and preserves continuity of ownership with existing Matthews leadership engaged in the transition.
