Founder/owner Matt Stock will remain CEO as Rotunda backs the company’s organic growth and plans to deploy an acquisition (roll-up) strategy to expand the platform nationally.

The deal expands U.S. Waterproofing's Midwest footprint and service capabilities; FS360 founder Joe Marth will remain overseeing operations as the combined platform pursues further growth and add-on acquisitions.

Groundworks Acquires Select Basement Waterproofing to Enter New Jersey Market

The add-on expands U.S. Waterproofing's Southeast footprint and foundation-repair capabilities; ESOG founders Jay Eastland and Luis Cuevas will continue to oversee the business.

Groundworks Companies Acquires Ohio Basement Systems

Groundworks Companies, a portfolio company of Succession Capital Partners, has acquired Ohio Basement Systems. The team of nearly 100 employees will join Groundworks while founder Mike Rusk will join Groundworks' advisory board and the Ohio Basement Systems brand will continue to operate under its name as part of the Groundworks platform.
