Jacmel said the deal will accelerate its digital and direct-to-consumer strategy; founder Saul Owide will move on to new projects including Rachel Bloom NYC.

PureK Holdings Corp. has closed its acquisition of all outstanding membership interests of Nirvana Group, LLC, the Florida-based owner/developer of the BudaPets all‑natural CBD pet wellness brand. PureK issued USD $1.5 million in unsecured convertible debentures as consideration and structured earn-outs (up to USD $1.5 million payable in common shares) tied to 2021–2022 sales milestones; the deal strengthens PureK's pet care product portfolio alongside its PureKana and No B.S. brands.

Beyond Inc. Acquires Zulily Brand Assets

Beyond Inc. (the parent of Overstock and Bed Bath & Beyond) purchased Zulily's intellectual property and brand assets for $4.5 million in cash, excluding liabilities. The assets include the website, domains, trademarks, customer database and social accounts; Beyond says the acquisition strengthens its off-price retail positioning and the new Zulily site is expected to be functional by the end of Q2.
