EcoSouth Florida (Kinderhook) Acquires A Waste and Recycling

EcoSouth Florida, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, has acquired A Waste and Recycling, a roll-off waste collection company with a transfer station in Sarasota, Florida. The deal expands EcoSouth Florida’s presence and capabilities in the Sarasota market; A Waste founder and CEO Roger Alvarez will partner with EcoSouth Florida post-close. Financing was provided by Comerica Bank and Akin Gump served as legal counsel to the buyer.
