Marlin Equity Partners Makes Majority Growth Investment in LineLeader

Marlin Equity Partners completed a majority growth investment in LineLeader (by ChildcareCRM), a provider of SaaS enrollment, engagement and billing software for early childcare education centers. Growth Street Partners and other existing shareholders retain a minority stake; Marlin said the capital will be used to accelerate product development, expand market reach and support continued growth.

Health Carousel Acquires MEDPATH

Health Carousel, a Cincinnati-based provider of healthcare staffing and workforce solutions, has acquired MEDPATH, a Trumbull, Connecticut–based physician workforce management and locum tenens company founded in 2012 by Timothy Kouble. MEDPATH will continue to operate under its own brand with Kouble remaining in leadership, joining Health Carousel's Locum Network to expand locum tenens capacity and RPO/MSP capabilities.

Beeline Acquires JoinedUp to Expand Shift-Based Workforce Capabilities

Beeline has acquired JoinedUp, a London-based provider of high-volume, shift-based workforce management software. The acquisition integrates JoinedUp’s scheduling, time & attendance, and invoicing capabilities into Beeline’s extended workforce platform to better serve clients and staffing firms managing shift-based temporary labor. JoinedUp will operate as a division of Beeline and continue to use its name.

Momentive Software Acquires Blue Sky eLearn

The acquisition adds Blue Sky’s Path LMS (used by over three million users across ~400 organizations) to Momentive’s cloud-based portfolio; terms were not disclosed.

InMoment Acquires MaritzCX
