Esdec Acquires IronRidge and Quick Mount PV

Esdec, a Netherlands-based rooftop solar mounting solutions provider, has acquired U.S. solar racking manufacturers IronRidge (Hayward, California) and Quick Mount PV (Phoenix, Arizona). The deal combines these brands with Esdec's existing U.S. business (EcoFasten) to form the largest U.S. solar mounting systems group, with combined annual revenues of more than $250 million; terms were not disclosed.
