billwerk and PSG Combine with Reepay to Create Pan-European Subscription and Payments Platform

PSG-backed billwerk has combined with Copenhagen-based Reepay in a transaction that brings Reepay’s payments and subscription gateway together with billwerk’s subscription management software. PSG will hold a majority stake in the combined group, which aims to become a pan‑European leader serving webshops and subscription businesses across the Nordics and DACH regions.
