Juniper Networks agreed to acquire Mist Systems to add AI-driven, cloud-managed wireless LAN capabilities to its enterprise portfolio. Exabeam Acquires / Merges with LogRhythm to Create AI-Driven Security Operations Platform

Exabeam and LogRhythm have completed a merger that combines Exabeam's AI-driven security operations platform with LogRhythm's high-integrity data ingestion and SIEM capabilities. The combined company will operate under the Exabeam name and pursue an integrated product roadmap to deliver cloud-native and on-premises SIEM, UEBA, and automated TDIR capabilities to enterprise customers.

LogicMonitor Acquires Catchpoint

LogicMonitor has completed the acquisition of Catchpoint to create an AI‑powered, end‑to‑end observability platform that combines deep infrastructure telemetry with Internet‑level visibility. Pulse 2.0 reported the deal is valued at over $250 million; Cantor Fitzgerald advised Catchpoint while Jefferies LLC and William Blair advised LogicMonitor.

Logi Analytics Acquires Jinfonet Software

Logi Analytics, a Marlin Equity Partners portfolio company, has acquired Jinfonet Software and will merge Jinfonet's embedded pixel-perfect reporting capabilities into Logi's embedded analytics platform. The deal strengthens Logi's position in the embedded analytics market by combining advanced dashboards, self-service analysis and operational reporting under the Logi brand; terms were not disclosed.

Lumifi Cyber Acquires Netsurion

Lumifi Cyber Inc. has acquired Netsurion, a Fort Lauderdale-based managed XDR/MDR provider, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition adds about 400 customers and engineering, customer success and sales resources to Lumifi and is intended to expand Lumifi's MDR capabilities via its U.S.-based SOC and SHIELDVision platform.

Fortinet Acquires Lacework
