4M Building Solutions, backed by O2 Investment Partners, has acquired Jenison, Michigan-based Hi-Tec Building Services and Green Bay, Wisconsin-based Thario Building Services. Terms were not disclosed; the additions expand 4M's presence in the upper Midwest and provide scale and end-market diversification across healthcare, education and state/manufacturing facilities.
