Transportation Infrastructure Partners (a joint venture between Ridgewood Infrastructure and Savage) acquired Worldwide Terminals Fernandina, LLC, the operator of the Port of Fernandina in Florida. The acquisition expands TIP’s portfolio of U.S. port and terminal infrastructure and positions Savage to operate the terminal as part of its broader network of ports and terminals.

Stonepeak Acquires Stake in Dupré Logistics

Stonepeak has partnered with Dupré Logistics, a Lafayette, Louisiana-based transportation company that operates more than 700 trucks and 1,000 professional drivers, to invest in and grow Dupré's nationwide energy distribution, private fleet and brokerage services. The Dupré family will remain shareholders and Stonepeak has appointed Chris Sower as interim CEO to support the company's next phase of growth; terms were not disclosed.

Ridgewood Infrastructure / Savage JV Acquires Carolina Marine Terminal

Dupré Logistics Acquires Interstate Transport, Inc.

Rinchem Combines with Dupré Logistics

Rinchem Company, LLC has announced a combination with Dupré Logistics, L.L.C., bringing Dupré’s regional transportation, private fleet and capacity brokerage capabilities into Rinchem’s global chemical and gas logistics platform. The transaction is accompanied by a new-money financing package that includes approximately $100 million of lender investment and amendments to Rinchem’s existing credit facilities; financial terms for the combination were not disclosed.
