The acquisition (announced as milestone-based) brings TechMah’s bio-wireless electronics, biomechanics and reconstructive software into Lima’s offering to accelerate in-hospital additive manufacturing and digital care solutions in orthopaedics.

Marketlab, a family-owned manufacturer of specialty healthcare products based in Caledonia, Michigan, has acquired the assets of Medi‑Tech International Corporation, a Brooklyn, New York‑based manufacturer of wound care, labor‑and‑delivery, and patient safety products. The acquisition expands Marketlab’s medical‑surgical and laboratory product portfolio and brings additional products, distribution partnerships, and GPO contracts into its offering to better serve IDNs and other healthcare customers.

Hologic, Inc. Acquires Mobidiag Oy

Hologic, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Mobidiag Oy, a Finnish developer of near‑patient molecular diagnostic instruments and tests, for approximately $808 million. The deal expands Hologic's diagnostics capabilities by adding Mobidiag's Amplidiag and Novodiag platforms for rapid, multiplexed acute‑care testing and broadens Hologic's global diagnostics footprint.

MindMed Acquires HealthMode

The deal was paid with MindMed shares and cash, and HealthMode co-founders Dr. Daniel R. Karlin and Bradford Cross have joined MindMed's executive team as Chief Medical Officer and Chief Technology Officer, respectively.

Banyan Software Acquires Medtech Global

The seller parties were Advent Partners and Geoffrey Sayer (Medtech CEO), who will remain as CEO under Banyan's ownership; the deal strengthens Banyan's healthcare software footprint across Australia and New Zealand.
