Flagger Force, a Hummelstown, Pennsylvania–based short-term traffic control operator, has acquired Louisville, Kentucky–based NTC Traffic Control to expand its operations into Kentucky and the Midwest. Flagger Force is a portfolio company of private equity firm Blue Sea Capital; the transaction brings NTC's traffic management, emergency response and equipment rental capabilities into Flagger Force's platform.
