Forever Cheese, headquartered in New York, is an importer and distributor of specialty cheeses and gourmet foods; the recapitalization will support company-building investments in sales & marketing, technology, human capital and add-on acquisitions.

Baldor Specialty Foods Acquires Golden Packing

Baldor Specialty Foods has acquired premium meat company Golden Packing (to be operated as Golden Meat Co.) and will integrate its Hunts Point meat processing business into Baldor's distribution platform. The acquisition gives Baldor vertical meat-processing capabilities, expands its premium center-of-plate offerings for its 14,000+ customers, and retains Golden's founders and a staff of 35 to run operations.

SVB Foods Acquires Vita Specialty Foods

Heartisan Foods Acquires North Country Packaging

The deal will triple Heartisan's manufacturing capacity, expand fulfillment for its Cheese Brothers e-commerce brand, and support new product launches; North Country co-founders Kendall and Maria Goossen will retain a meaningful stake in the combined business.
