Forever Cheese Acquires Virginia Packing

Forever Cheese, headquartered in New York, is an importer and distributor of specialty cheeses and gourmet foods; the recapitalization will support company-building investments in sales & marketing, technology, human capital and add-on acquisitions.

The Chefs' Warehouse Acquires Nicola Imports

Ornua Acquires Whitehall Specialties Inc.

Irish dairy cooperative Ornua has completed the acquisition of U.S. cheese ingredients manufacturer Whitehall Specialties Inc. (WSI) from private equity firm Mason Wells. The deal expands Ornua Ingredients North America's production footprint and capacity across Wisconsin, Minnesota and Pennsylvania to support its long-term growth in the U.S. cheese ingredients market.

Lipari Foods Acquires Swiss-American, Inc.

The acquisition will fold Swiss-American into Lipari's manufacturing division via its subsidiary The Deli Source to expand cheese offerings and capabilities; Swiss-American will continue to be led by Joe Hoff and has approximately 85 employees.
