Imports, a Hebron, Illinois–based importer and manufacturer of premium Japanese and Pacific Rim ingredients. The acquisition expands Forever Cheese's platform and assortment into premium Asian ingredients for foodservice and retail customers.

Würth Industry North America (WINA) and its Northern Safety & Industrial (NSI) business have acquired Louisville-based ORR Safety, a privately held PPE and safety distributor with over $125M in revenue, more than 250 employees and four U.S. distribution facilities. The deal expands WINA/NSI's personalized safety services, private-label offering and geographic reach into markets such as rail, automotive and government while integrating ORR Safety's customer programs and logistics capabilities.

The deal integrates Orion’s DAF, chlorine dioxide and biological treatment technologies into Whitewater’s service offering to expand capabilities across oil & gas, mining and municipal infrastructure and support North American growth.

Lipari Foods Acquires Swiss-American, Inc.

Lipari Foods, a Warren, Michigan-based specialty food distributor, has acquired St. Louis-based Swiss-American, Inc., a specialty cheese solutions provider focused on retail deli. The acquisition will fold Swiss-American into Lipari's manufacturing division via its subsidiary The Deli Source to expand cheese offerings and capabilities; Swiss-American will continue to be led by Joe Hoff and has approximately 85 employees.

The Chefs' Warehouse Acquires Nicola Imports
