Energywell Acquires Engie Retail's Think Energy Business

The acquisition (subject to FERC approval) expands Energywell's retail footprint across 13 states and Washington, D.C., and will enable rapid deployment of Energywell's Proton platform across the Think Energy customer base.

The purchase brings Endstate's NFC- and blockchain-enabled product authentication technology and founders into Alliance to expand authenticated resale, digital product identity, and brand protection capabilities across Alliance's global distribution network.
