MAX Solutions Inc. has purchased a majority interest in LTi Printing, Inc., a full-service printing and packaging company based in Sturgis, Michigan. The deal expands MAX Solutions' geographic footprint in the Midwest and adds LTi's folding cartons, pressure-sensitive labels and commercial print capabilities to MAX's specialty packaging platform.

JDM Technology Group Acquires AllMax Software

The transaction closed January 31, 2023 after approval from AllMax owners Russell and Patricia Maxwell; AllMax will join JDM's facility management software group and be led day-to-day by Randall Brous.

DXP Enterprises Acquires Burt Gurney & Associates and MaxVac Inc.

(NASDAQ: DXPE) completed the acquisitions of Burt Gurney & Associates (BGA), a manufacturers' representative serving municipal water and wastewater markets, and MaxVac Inc., a vacuum pump sales, repair and maintenance provider serving California’s Central Valley and San Francisco markets. The deals expand DXP’s geographic reach and build capabilities for its Water division and vacuum pump services; DXP funded the acquisitions with cash on hand and reported combined trailing twelve-month sales of approximately $11.7 million and adjusted EBITDA of $1.6 million for the businesses.
