JDM Technology Group has acquired Kenton, Ohio–based AllMax Software, a provider of wastewater, water, CMMS and pre-treatment operations & maintenance software. The transaction closed January 31, 2023 after approval from AllMax owners Russell and Patricia Maxwell; AllMax will join JDM's facility management software group and be led day-to-day by Randall Brous.
