JDM Technology Group Acquires TeamWORKS Solutions

JDM Technology Group has acquired TeamWORKS Solutions, a Raleigh-based provider of computerized maintenance management software (CMMS). TeamWORKS will retain its brand and staff and will combine with JDM-owned MPulse Software to strengthen JDM’s maintenance software division and expand its CMMS footprint.

JDM Technology Group Acquires Builder Software Tools

JDM Technology Group has acquired Ottawa-based Builder Software Tools, a provider of ERP software for new home and condo builders, with the transaction closing on January 31, 2022 after approval from founders Rick Wright and Elizabeth Stom. Builder Software Tools will join JDM’s Explorer Software business, with Explorer President Carmen Greene overseeing day-to-day operations to integrate and support the product for Canadian builders.

Vesta Software Group Acquires MachineMax

The deal expands ACV's digital capabilities for dealers by adding predictive analytics-driven pricing, merchandising and sales enablement tools while preserving MAX Digital as an independent business unit under existing management.
