leadHOOP, a New York–based lead generation SaaS platform, signed an asset purchase agreement to acquire the assets of competitor MatchMaximizer on October 1, 2020. The deal is intended to expand leadHOOP's product capabilities and materially increase its market share in the higher education lead-generation market; financial terms were not disclosed.

Tech Data Acquires DLT Solutions

Tech Data completed its acquisition of DLT Solutions, a software and cloud solutions aggregator focused on the U.S. public sector, adding public-sector contract vehicles and expertise to Tech Data's channel offerings. The deal (reported purchase price ~$205 million) makes DLT a wholly owned subsidiary and expands Tech Data's capabilities across cloud, cybersecurity, analytics and IT infrastructure for government customers.

JDM Technology Group Acquires AllMax Software

JDM Technology Group has acquired Kenton, Ohio–based AllMax Software, a provider of wastewater, water, CMMS and pre-treatment operations & maintenance software. The transaction closed January 31, 2023 after approval from AllMax owners Russell and Patricia Maxwell; AllMax will join JDM's facility management software group and be led day-to-day by Randall Brous.
