Offchain Labs, the developer of Arbitrum and related tooling, has acquired ZeroDev, a New York–based provider of smart account infrastructure and developer tools. The purchase—terms undisclosed—expands Offchain Labs' product suite into consumer-facing application tooling and strengthens its developer infrastructure for account abstraction and onchain UX.

Polymath Acquires Polymesh Association, Forms Polymesh Labs Ltd.

Polymath has completed the acquisition of the Polymesh Association, which has transitioned into Polymesh Labs Ltd., a Cayman Islands–based subsidiary that will oversee the Polymesh blockchain and related software (POLYX token, Polymesh Wallet, Polymesh Portal, TokenStudio). The acquisition strengthens Polymath's institutional tokenization capabilities and supports its evolution toward a publicly traded entity, accelerating institutional adoption and ecosystem expansion.

The majority stake gives Prophecy control to accelerate Layer2's DeFi operations — including liquidity provisioning, market making, cross-chain arbitrage and staking — as part of Prophecy's broader decentralized finance investment ecosystem.
