OpenAI has acquired Torch, a small health-records startup, in a deal reported at about $100 million. The four-person team from Torch will join OpenAI to help build out its ChatGPT Health capabilities by aggregating and normalizing fragmented patient data.

OneDigital Investment Advisors, the SEC-registered investment adviser and subsidiary of OneDigital, acquired Praxis Consulting Inc., a Sacramento-based retirement plan consulting and investment management firm led by Mark Ray. The deal brings Praxis' ~$240M in plan assets and ~$110M in personal advisory assets into OneDigital's Retirement and Wealth division and expands OneDigital’s retirement consulting capabilities and geographic presence.
