Offchain Labs Acquires Prysmatic Labs

Offchain Labs, developer of the Arbitrum Layer 2 scaling solutions, has acquired Prysmatic Labs, the team behind the Prysm Ethereum proof-of-stake client. The acquisition brings Prysmatic's consensus client development and engineering talent under Offchain Labs to support a more sustainable and scalable Ethereum ecosystem; financial terms were not disclosed.
