EMPI, a Dubin Clark portfolio company, has acquired RacingLine Group, a Milton Keynes–based provider of premium performance parts, vehicle software and motorsport services for Volkswagen and Audi vehicles. The add-on strengthens the Euro Motorparts (EMP) platform—bringing RacingLine's product innovation, events and motorsport capabilities together with EMPI and 034Motorsport to accelerate growth and enhance logistics and fulfilment.
