Cambrian Innovation, a Watertown, Massachusetts-based provider of distributed wastewater treatment and resource recovery solutions, has acquired Baswood, a technology-focused wastewater and biosolids management company. The acquisition expands Cambrian's installed base, broadens its solution set for industrial wastewater and biosolids management, and adds Baswood's customer relationships across food & beverage and resort development markets.
