United Fintech has acquired 100% of Cobalt, a provider of shared ledger infrastructure and risk/data services for FX and digital assets, to strengthen its FX and digital-assets trading capabilities. Cobalt will operate as a standalone business under United Fintech, with United Fintech founder Christian Frahm named Chairman while Cobalt's leadership remains in place.

FactSet Acquires Truvalue Labs

The deal expands Momentive’s association management system (AMS) and certification capabilities to better serve nonprofits, associations and credentialing organizations; terms were not disclosed.

The deal folds Cobalt Strike into Fortra’s Core Security business to expand its infrastructure-protection and red-team/pen-testing capabilities while retaining Cobalt Strike creator Raphael Mudge in a strategic role.
