FactSet has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Truvalue Labs, an AI-driven provider of ESG data and analytics, to integrate its daily ESG signals and expand FactSet’s sustainability and analytics offerings. The transaction, announced Oct. 20, 2020, is expected to close later in the year and was not expected to have a material impact on FactSet’s fiscal 2021 results.
