Clairvest Acquires 50% Stake in The Childsmiles Group

Clairvest Group Inc., through its Clairvest Equity Partners V co-investment pool, acquired a 50% interest in The Childsmiles Group LLC to partner with founders Drs. Michael and Brooke Skolnick and support the company's next phase of growth. Childsmiles operates a multi-specialty pediatric dental platform with five practices across New Jersey and more than 250 staff; the investment will fund continued expansion.

Abra Health Group Acquires Eugene McGuire, DDS Pediatric Dental Practice

Abra Health Group has acquired the Eugene McGuire, DDS pediatric dental practice in Allentown, Pennsylvania and will integrate the office into its Smiles 4 Keeps brand. The practice will relocate to a new Smiles 4 Keeps facility in Allentown later this summer and will expand services to include orthodontics and general dentistry for adults while retaining existing staff.

The seller was The Beekman Group; terms were not disclosed. Sun Capital said it will support growth by driving patient acquisition, integrating new practices, and building the company's infrastructure to scale the platform.
