An affiliate of Sun Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Delaware Valley Management Holdings, Inc., which operates as Simply Beautiful Smiles, a regional dental service organization headquartered in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. The seller was The Beekman Group; terms were not disclosed. Sun Capital said it will support growth by driving patient acquisition, integrating new practices, and building the company's infrastructure to scale the platform.
