Charter Manufacturing Company, a family-owned metals manufacturer, has acquired Aarrowcast, Inc., a Shawano, Wisconsin-based foundry, from Industrial Opportunity Partners. Terms were not disclosed; Aarrowcast casts ductile, gray and austempered ductile iron components for agriculture, off-highway heavy truck, military and construction markets.

BFC Group Acquires Arrowhead Industries

BFC Group, a Triton Smaller Mid‑Cap Fund I portfolio company headquartered in Germany, has signed an agreement to acquire Arrowhead Industries, a leading US core‑metal supplier to the automotive weather‑seal market. The deal expands BFC's footprint in North America and creates a global group with 10 production sites across five countries and more than 200 employees; financial terms were not disclosed.

GlobalFoundries Acquires Advanced Micro Foundry

GlobalFoundries (GF) has acquired Singapore-based Advanced Micro Foundry (AMF), expanding GF's silicon photonics manufacturing capabilities and establishing GF as the largest pure-play silicon photonics foundry by revenue. The deal brings AMF's 200mm manufacturing platform, IP and talent into GF's global operations and includes plans to scale production and open a silicon photonics R&D center of excellence in Singapore.

K-Tec & Ashland (K.A. Group) Acquire Metalcraft of GA, Inc.

K-Tec Earthmovers and Ashland Industries, operating together as K.A. Group and owned by family office Kinperium Industries, have acquired Metalcraft of GA, Inc., a manufacturer of large-capacity land-leveling and fine-grading scrapers. The Metalcraft facility in Louisville, Georgia will continue to be managed by founder Dayton Ratzlaff; the acquisition adds a Southeastern U.S. manufacturing presence and expands K.A. Group's product offerings for construction, mining and agriculture markets.

Genstar Capital Acquires Arrowhead Engineered Products
