K-Tec & Ashland (K.A. Group) Acquire Metalcraft of GA, Inc.

K-Tec Earthmovers and Ashland Industries, operating together as K.A. Group and owned by family office Kinperium Industries, have acquired Metalcraft of GA, Inc., a manufacturer of large-capacity land-leveling and fine-grading scrapers. The Metalcraft facility in Louisville, Georgia will continue to be managed by founder Dayton Ratzlaff; the acquisition adds a Southeastern U.S. manufacturing presence and expands K.A. Group's product offerings for construction, mining and agriculture markets.

MTI, a 30+-year sheet metal fabrication and aircraft-components manufacturer operating roughly 150,000 sq. ft. across two facilities, brings additional sheet-metal fabrication, machining and surface-treatment capabilities to the ARCH platform.
