K-Tec Acquires Ashland Industries

K-Tec Holdings LLC, a manufacturer of earthmoving scrapers majority-owned by private investment firm Owner Resource Group (ORG), has acquired Ashland Industries Holdings Inc. The merger combines two specialty manufacturers in the earthmoving industry to expand product offerings, service coverage and geographic footprint across Rosenort, Manitoba and Ashland, Wisconsin.

Graycliff Partners provided a subordinated debt facility and a minority equity co-investment to support the recapitalization; Fifth Third provided a senior credit facility to support the financing package.
