The Larry H. Miller Company has acquired a majority stake in Swig, the Salt Lake City–based drive-thru "dirty soda" concept, from Savory Fund. Financial terms were not disclosed; Savory Fund and Swig founder Nicole Tanner (with partners) will retain minority stakes as the brand pursues national expansion and new placements within LHM Megaplex Theatres.
