Simplicity Group Holdings, Inc. acquired Breakthrough Insurance Group (BIG), a New Jersey-based full-service life, annuity, and long-term care insurance general agency. The acquisition integrates BIG into Simplicity’s distribution platform and names Tim Kelly as a partner to leverage Simplicity’s carrier relationships, products, and marketing and sales support.
