Southwire Acquires Construction Electrical Products (CEP)

Southwire, a Carrollton, Georgia-based electrical products manufacturer, has acquired Construction Electrical Products (CEP) of Livermore, California. The acquisition adds CEP's temporary power distribution and portable lighting product lines, a 48,000 sq ft facility and 47 employees to Southwire's Tools, Components and Assembled Solutions portfolio to expand its lighting and electrical safety offerings.
